So, um, it's been 16 weeks. And I really have no excuse, just massive piles of school work (last day of class isn't June 5th, which is another reason why I hate the quarter system) and a few spastic attempts at a social life.

A few things:

Glee! The dialogue is pretty campy, but I'm holding out hope. What's Amy Sherman-Palladino doing these days? Because she would rock this show. Either way, I'll stick around for the singing and dancing. Plus, I kind of dig the diversity of the cast and it's got potential.

STAR TREK! (More on this later)

Lisa Mitchell makes me feel like such a slacker. She's barely 19 and she's already released three albums, and she was a finalist on what seems to be the Australian version of American Idol.

Ugh. I have been sick all week thanks to Ashlee, who gave me a cold while we were watching Gossip Girl. When I told her this, she laughed and then proceeded to eat chocolate pudding in front of me until my stomach felt like it had joined Cirque du Soleil. I am so making her wear the "Frak Earth" shirt the next time we go out as revenge. WE'LL SEE WHO'S LAUGHING THEN.

Also, I really wish Dakota Fanning would go away. It creeps me out that she doesn't age. She's like Eyeliner Richard on Lost, but more annoying.

Second, I CAUGHT UP ON LOST. Well. Kind of. I didn't watch the last seven or so episodes of season 4 and instead watched the catch up episode with the dorky, not funny guys that came on before the season premiere. Which, yes, is kind of like cheating. Whatever, Sawyer was not fully clothed!

Third, Ashlee made me marathon The Big Bang Theory with her and it's pretty adorable.
